The recent publication of two Healthcare Quarterly special issues (Change: the challenge of CPOE & Patient Safety Papers II) quickly created a large following. If you have related comments and case studies to show our editors pass them on please: we will share them with all our readers. 

Your fault or my fault- doesn’t matter to those who wait
Research at Brigham Young suggest there is a significant difference in wait perception bias due to the presence or absence of an explanation, but that whether the explanation focuses on customer cause or server cause makes little difference. Cases related to wait list management can be sent to our editors.
