New report from Statistics Canada - Access to Health Care Services in Canada
Internationally renowned Canadian, Dr. Joseph B. Martin, Dean of the Harvard Faculty of Medicine, is the inaugural winner of The Henry G. Friesen International Prize in Health Research. The new annual Prize offers a significant cash award and is a joint initiative of Friends of Canadian Institutes of Health Research (FCIHR) and the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences (CAHS).
Fourteen hospitals have been named to the U.S. News and World Report's annual honor roll for 2006, with Baltimore's Johns Hopkins in the top spot. Click here.
