Breakfast with the Chiefs cannot get better than this: Quebec is undergoing a revolution. A political revolution and a healthcare revolution. Yesterday’s re-aligned political landscape sets the stage. This started when the Government of Quebec introduced changes into the health care system that on their own could profoundly alter the way care is provided to the population. Reference: Bill 25 (passed in 2003) and Bill 83 in (passed in 2005). Mr. David Levine, a leader in the reform with special political insights including a shift as cabinet minister, will look at the changes and identify the strategic levers that will support the reform and increase the probability of success.Tuesday, April 17, 2007, 8:00 a.m. Register here.
