Breakfast with the Chiefs cannot get better than this: Quebec is undergoing a revolution. A political revolution and a healthcare revolution. Yesterday’s re-aligned political landscape sets the stage. This started when the Government of Quebec introduced changes into the health care system that on their own could profoundly alter the way care is provided to the population. Reference: Bill 25 (passed in 2003) and Bill 83 in (passed in 2005).
